Writer:
Rose, 16, Mount Vernon Washington, student. "I
have always wanted to be involved with a magazine. I
used to paste pictures together out of ratty magazines
and imagine it was 'Rose Magazine' where I could spread
my message and sing my song. I am a traveler at heart
and am obsessed with foreign cultures so I just love
being able to share knowledge about the women around
different countries in the world. I also have an over
the top (sometimes) imagination, so I get a little
thrill writing funky and spunky stories about women and
girls in other cultures.
Something unique about Rose:
"I
have spent a couple days with the Bri-Bri indigenous
tribe of Costa Rica."
Rose's passion:
Dance, song, acting, yoga, climbing trees, being in the
rain, nature, and traveling.
Rose's message:
"Life is full of so many rhythms and beats, explore it.
This is your time to discover all that is possible.
Don’t hold yourself back, have mud fights, climb trees,
run into the sea, scrape your knees, make huge mistakes,
and learn. You are a puzzle piece. Once you embrace who
you are, then you settle into the big picture and show
others it is fantastic to do the same. Life is your
apple, live out loud girlfriends!" |
